Terms & Conditions - $10/£10 Bonus Package

The following are the terms and conditions of the $10/£10 Free campaign. The Promotion was made by Winner.com.
The Promotion shall commence on 01/12/2013 and shall conclude on 30/01/2014 (the “Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
The Promotion is a new sign-up offer and completely replaces any similar sign-up offer. All terms and conditions hereafter refer to the new "£10/$10 Free Promotion" and do not apply to any previous or similar promotion.
Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. Potential members may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
Each entrant shall only be entitled to make one entrance to the Promotion and may receive only one £10/$10 Bonus Package, as such term is detailed below. Moreover, only one person per household or per computer terminal shall be allowed to enter the Promotion. In the event that the Promoter deems in its absolute discretion that an entrant has violated these terms and conditions in any way, including without limitation by multiple registrations for the Promotion, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the £10/$10 Bonus Package.
Upon registration with the Winner poker during the Promotion Period, and verification of the account by SMS, entrants shall be entitled to the £10/$10 Bonus Package. In order to enter the Promotion and receive the £10/$10 Bonus Package, an entrant must download the Promoter's poker client, mobile application and open a new user account with Winner Poker. The entrant will then receive SMS with a PIN code to be placed after the registration page.
After registration, entrants have 7 days to claim their £10/$10 Bonus Package before it expires.
After claiming, the Bonus package shall only be available for 7 days and entrants who have not used their Bonus within the foregoing time limit shall not be able to receive the expired Bonus thereafter.
Any unused Cash Bonus shall be removed from the account by Winner Poker after the expiration date.

These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London, England.
